Ordering methods:
ORDER FORM - Download and print out a copy of our order form (above), and fax or mail the completed form to our office.
EMAIL - Email us with your order, and contact information. Once we have received this request, we will send out a confirmation email to verify before processing.
PURCHASE ORDER - Fax or mail us your company’s purchase order form; if we require any additional information before processing the order, we will contact you.
All orders can be paid COD. For large orders we will verify contact information prior to processing.
